Firstly, a huge congratulations on your engagement! This is such an exciting time and we are so honoured that you are here.

Finding a florist for your big day can be a daunting task; the question of what do you need and how much should you budget for can feel overwhelming. We are here to guide you through the whole process, with years of experience within the wedding industry we can advise you on not just your florals and venue designs but your co-ordinating and planning too!

PLEASE NOTE: Your flower options are dependent on your wedding date, we prefer to source flowers locally where possible in order to ensure the best possible quality for our clients. We can advise on blooms available on your date and will work within the agreed colour palette with seasonal stems.

The Shotgun

Perfect for a quiet trip to the registry office or an intimate elopement, this package includes a bridal bouquet and a buttonhole.

Just Two Girls

This package is the perfect base for our couples with two brides and includes 2 bridal bouquets rather than a bouquet and buttonhole. So if you both want to have your aisle moment with your flowers, we’ve got your covered.

The Family Affair

Get the whole family kitted out for the big day! This package includes 1 bridal bouquet, 2 bridesmaids’ bouquets and 6 buttonholes.

The Everlasting Love

Keep the vibe of your wedding going for years with our everlasting package. All of these options are dried in house by our team and hand selected to make the perfect mix for you. Including 1 dried bridal bouquet, 2 bridesmaids bouquets, 6 buttonholes and 12 bud vases; you will be able to keep these pieces for evermore! Just let us know your wedding colours and we will hand select the best stems for the job.

Please note; all prices are for 2026 weddings, any bookings made for 2027 onwards may be subject to change. Additions and changes can be made as these packages are all totally flexible to fit you.

If you would like your bouquet to last forever, we can arrange to have your bouquet preserved. Just hand your beautiful bouquet back to us and we will dry it in house.

Deposits and Payment

Your booking is only final once I have received a 50% deposit and have sent you a confirmation email.

From there your final payment will need to be made 6 weeks prior to the wedding.

Each wedding is different so if you need to edit these terms to work within your time constraints and budgets just let us know and we will put together a personalised plan.

If you like what you’ve seen and would like to book Sweet Pea & Sonder for your big day, please fill out the contact form below to book in for your free consultation. This can be done over email, phone or a lovely cuppa and we can discuss your plans.

Depending on the size and budget of your wedding, I will then put a mood board together to give you an idea of what your blooms will look like on the day as well as the projected cost.

We will be on hand throughout the planning process for any questions you may have. Depending on the scale of your booking we may do a site visit to assist in our design. Your arrangements will then be made in the week leading up to your date and delivered on the day by our dedicated team. We will set up your spaces with precision to the plan that you will have signed off on prior to the date.

Should you need us to rearrange your blooms or move any items during your turnaround, this is an additional service. We will coordinate with your venue directly to discuss collecting your flowers. If you wish to have the arrangements broken down to be taken home, please let us know and we will provide the price and possibility of this.

Our studio is based in South Liverpool but we provide our wedding services across the UK. If your wedding venue is outside of the North West, there may be an additional fee for travel, please let us know where you need us and we will send across a personalised quote.

There’s no two ways about it, weddings are expensive and when you think of wedding flowers you probably think that they are going to set you back a bit. This doesn’t have to be the case; while we love working on big budget designs, providing you with exactly what you need for your big day is the best part for us.

The factors we have to consider when putting your proposal together are:

  • The wholesale cost of your stems

  • The number of stems needed for your designs

  • The cost of our time to design your arrangements

  • The time needed to make the arrangements and set up on the day

  • Whether we need any further team members to make your dreams a reality

  • Distance to travel

We always aim to be as transparent as possible with all wedding pricing, so if you are unsure, please get in touch and we will work through a plan that works for you.
